Good day to you at this time. Once again it is nice to be able to give you a teaching from the other side of the veil, so to speak. We are here to assist all those that will listen.

You have within you a higher self, as many of you already know, and some are just coming to terms with, and for some, are totally unaware of. The higher self is the highest perception you have within your higher mind of life itself. So it is your highest perception of consciousness. That highest perception of consciousness is connected to the Ultimate Being God, or spirit, as you know it. The information flows from spirit guides, flows from your spiritual bodies, the information flows from the Masters, the angels and all of the spiritual hierarchy, and the ultimate being himself – herself. For you are an aspect of the whole. Because when you think about it – without many particles put together within anything you see, and without those particles binding together – you do not get a whole piece of anything. Whether that be a car, a house, a flower, or a physical object. A physical object is a number of particles, and atoms and lots of other neutrons – many aspects of itself all vibrating together to make one piece – one whole. So how could we not have a universe, a total consciousness of all sources if you are not but a particle of it? You are always one with God – with your Supreme Being – with whatever you see that higher source to be. Whatever God name you give that higher source to be. We, you and I are all part of the whole - one consciousness evolving for eternity. Even the Ultimate Being – the highest perception of all that there is, is changing. For energy never stands still. Energy is forever moving. Growing . . . learning . . . and . . . changing.

So how does this all affect you? You must always be looking for your own truth. You must be looking for what resonates with you. Whether that be in a life job, life partner, or whether that be in your own thoughts and feelings. What ever that might be. Whether that be a teaching from another source, or from a person. It must totally connect and absorb within your being. You will get thoughts – both positive and negative. You will know the negative thoughts. Because they are less productive. They do not benefit you or mankind in any way. The positive thoughts, the uplifting thoughts, the inspirational thoughts, that seem to flow into your mind, which the self – the ego, instantly knocks down in your mind – “that can't be”, “that will never be”, “that's impossible”. Those inspirational thoughts, those intuitive thoughts, those thoughts that lift you up, or give you hope or inspiration. They are coming from a higher source. They are coming from your truth, or the truth of the consciousness that you are part of. You must stop!! And listen to those thoughts. When you have a negative thought stray into your mind – just say to yourself STOP! Cancel that thought and think of something inspirational, something loving, and something positive. Something that will uplift you. And in your darkest moments, it can be one of the hardest things to do. But there is always light that can shine through in any darkness. For the self – the ego – the personality – wants you to have some darkness. Because then it has control. Because you never know what's happening around the corner. But you must live in the now. You must live in this minute, this moment of earth time, and this second, this absolute moment of time. For it will change the next moment. For whatever you put your attention on now, within your life and within your mind, will influence the next moment. You can't take back yesterday, you can't even take back 5 minutes ago, but you can learn from it, and move forward. What you put your attention on now, this very moment, influences your decision to move to the next moment. Because whatever you are thinking, you will move towards. Whatever your most dominant thought is, your mind will move you in that direction. So you must always guard your thoughts. You must always guard your feelings. They must always come from that deep love of all that is within your heart. And yes everybody, even those that would somewhat seem to be on the darker side of life, has the original spark of that God energy, that Higher source within their hearts. You must always be looking for that next message and as they all say, and as many teachings say – that still small voice within. You must also be aware of the signs around you. Because spirit, God, the Ultimate being, whatever you know that source to be, will use situations, opportunities, people, family, things to teach you what you need to know. Or to give you the opportunity that will help you to move forward. You must always be aware, and awake to those opportunities, those ideas, and those concepts, those messages, that are always around and within the Universe. You must be totally aware of what's happening in any moment. Give your attention only to this moment, to this minute of now. Because nothing else matters. Once you know yourself and you TRULY LOVE yourself, and for some reason because people do not allow themselves, to love oneself seems to be, one of the hardest things the human form can do. Because to love oneself it appears to be, that could be, disrespect to another. But if you do not truly love yourself, you are less beneficial to those that are around you. Partners, children, friends, colleagues, mates or whatever. For if you truly, know who you are and where you are going and you are truly in contact with, in connection with every part of who you are then you will be happier. And if you are happier then those around you will benefit. And yes some people have had some hard school lessons in this life, but the hardest lessons move us the furthest forward.

Remember your higher self, that God energy, that God light, will always guide and lead you to where you should go, what you should do, and how you should act. When you act or react in less than a positive way, that is coming from the ego self, the personality. When everything falls into place, when everything flows, around you, or within you, that is a good indication that you are following the intuitive side of yourself. You are following God – spirits direction in life. For when you are on your path, when you are doing your own truth, following your own truth, everything flows. Yes at times you will be given obstacles, on your path and you will have to choose to walk around or climb over those obstacles, or in fact in some cases just go straight through them. You have the power within your own mind to make things happen, you can achieve, what you desire.

You must be true to yourself, true to who you really are, true to who you really want to be. Who you have always been but perhaps not allowed the outside world to see. Go with that total love and peace that is within yourself. Be totally true to yourself, guarding your negative thoughts. Make your most dominant thoughts inspiration, upliftment, hope, peace, excitement, love, and understanding. And while you are thinking love, thinking inspirational and uplifting, happy, positive thoughts, the negative ones do not stand a chance. The self doesn't stand a chance. Because LOVE conquers all. Love conquers all. Have no fear, have no frustration, have no anger, and speak your truth quietly and clearly. Stay true to what and who you really are. For your opinion is the only opinion that counts, nobody else's. Whatever you think creates your reality. Whatever you allow to flow through your mind, and remember your mind is very powerful, whatever you allow to flow through your mind, will create your reality. Look for opportunities and look for inspiration, look for happiness, look for upliftment, understand why you are here, and who you truly are and are given, and give out, the gift of life. Because if you are not excited or happy about the life you are living, then you cannot be inspired. You will not follow your intuition. Life will be as exciting or as sad as you make it, as you perceive it. And all it is - is a perception of a reality that is or is not. Make your reality the happiest, most exciting place, and loving place, on this planet earth. Make your bubble, your particle of energy the most uplifting, happiest, loving, beautiful, aspect of this planet earth and our Universe and consciousness. And that bubble will shine like a bright star and all that you need and all that you desire will flow to you. Follow God's – spirits instinct, follow your truth, which is one with God, and your star will shine brightly, and you will move, in the direction you are meant to go. Let go and be at peace with yourself. Stop and cancel those less than productive thoughts, and you know which thoughts are less productive to you, to your evolution, to your life, to your understanding. Let them go and stop them in their tracks. Find something happy and positive to put your thoughts on. Even if it is only a glimmer of hope or understanding. That glimmer will become bigger and bigger, brighter and brighter, until you are totally absorbed in all that there is. Totally absorbed in who you truly are. You are a beautiful soul; you are the life giving force, of this universe. You are all that you are meant to be and can be. You can achieve what ever you want to achieve. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Listen to your inspiration, listen and move forward. Live life from your highest perception of life. From the ultimate mountain top of your consciousness, of your higher mind, of your higher self. And you will never know life the way it was. And your journey will be a long, rewarding one, making moments of moments count. Do not waste one moment. Remember whatever you do today whatever you do now influences the next moment. Be awake and alert to what's happening around you. Know yourself. Love yourself.
